As a new patient at Kling Chiropractic
Your first visit will last
45 min to
1 hour and in some cases maybe a bit longer depending on your problem(s).
You will be asked to fill out and sign 3
forms:
- Informed Consent To Treat: This
gives the Dr. Permission to treat you.
- Authorization to Release Information:
This allows the office to release patient information primarily for
insurance and like collections.

"New
Patient Form". Your
contact information and description of your problem. If you
like, you can print it now and fill it out before you come in.
Here's what you can expect...
Discussion:
Initially, Dr. Kling will discuss your health
history
to see if there are any past issues that may be related to your present conditions. She
will then discuss specific problems you have.
Analyze ... Test and diagnose:
Dr. Kling will then perform a pertinent and comprehensive
examination that will usually include but not necessarily be limited to the
following:

Neurological exam/orthopedic exam

Total health evaluation

Emotional analysis

Nutritional profile and analysis

Orthotic evaluation
-
Mobility analysis
- Analysis of your work or daily routine ergonomics

Sound and color sensitivities that may effect your
general health
Treatments:
NOTE: Be sure to inform the Dr. if you
have any electrical or mechanical devices within your body, i.e.
pacemaker, hip replacements... etc.
Once the problems have been identified and
targeted, Dr Kling will begin
treatment with appropriate therapies. Which may include:
